Liberating Fascial layers in the foot and leg and "attuning" the physical contributors to healthy movement/function of foot and leg (muscles, fascia, nerves, bones). "Attuning" is a reciprocal harmonious listening and collaboration. When there is Attunement, there is greater efficiency, balance and strength.
I call this exercise PAAARW...for lack of a better name! This stands for the different parts of this movement sequence:
